By installing ETA Bird (“the app”) on your Shopify store, you agree to these terms.
The service
The app shows estimated delivery dates on your product pages, based on the rules you set. Estimates are only as accurate as the rules you enter. They are estimates, not delivery guarantees, and you are responsible for the promises your store makes to shoppers.
Billing
The app is billed through Shopify, monthly or yearly, after the free trial. You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app in a way that breaks Shopify’s terms or misleads shoppers.
Liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, including late deliveries or lost sales.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page.
