Privacy policy

This policy explains what data the ETA Bird Shopify app (“the app”) uses and why.

What the app stores

  • Your shop’s domain and the access token Shopify gives the app, so it can run in your store.
  • The rules you create: processing and delivery days, days off, cutoff time, countries, selected products and collections, and your message.
  • Your plan and billing status, as reported by Shopify.

Customer data

The app does not store personal data about your customers. To pick the right country rule, the shopper’s browser looks up their country through your Shopify store. That country is kept only in the shopper’s own browser for up to a day and is not sent to or stored by ETA Bird.

Sharing

We do not sell data. We use hosting providers to run the app, and Shopify handles all billing.

Deleting data

When you uninstall the app, we delete your shop’s data in line with Shopify’s data protection requirements.
